The Colorado School of Mines requests submittals for the prequalification of Roofing Contractors for the east roof replacement at Brown Hall. Colorado School of Mines (Mines) is seeking Roofing Contractor qualifications for a Capital Maintenance (CM) project on campus at Brown Hall (BH) to replace the east portion of the building’s roof. This project will remove and replace the roofing system at 29,620 square feet and install a new fall protection system. The new roof system will include insulation, waterproofing materials, roof curbs, flashings and roof drains/scuppers. There are two roofing types that are being designed and considered: a built-up asphalt system and a ballasted EPDM system. Responding roofing contractors should be able to price and install both systems Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
