Golden is specifically looking for the following from its contractor: 1. Project Management – including regular project team meetings (assume twice monthly), coordination and meetings with appropriate governmental bodies, management of subconsultants, construction coordination, and coordination and meetings with adjacent project teams. 2. Design - preparation of 30%, 60%, 90% and For Construction plans and opinions of cost (Minimum Wage Rates and Buy America are requirements of the FHWA PROTECT Grant). 3. NEPA Clearances required by FHWA (scope to be determined) 4. Hydrologic and Hydraulic analysis. 5. Preparation and submittals of the Pre-Project CLOMR and post project LOMR. 6. Preparation of documentation for CDOT as necessary. 7. Public Outreach - public outreach for this project will be limited but given the visibility of the project and interest by the community, a public outreach approach should be provided. This may include public meetings, providing information to be posted by the City Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
