Colorado School of Mines seeks Roofing Contractors for replacement of the roof at 1600 Jackson Street, Golden. Specifically, we are looking to replace existing EPDM ballasted roofing. This project will involve the complete replacement of existing 12,600 SQFT of ballasted EPDM roof on an early 1980’s three story office building with new 60mil EPDM and reuse existing ballast on School of Mines Campus in Golden Colorado while occupied and in use for students and staff.
