This project is intended to produce the following improvements: • Update the entire Stormwater Management Manual. • Conduct and facilitate meetings to update each section and include technical expertise from each jurisdiction. • Include municipalities and development engineers to participate in the update from multiple jurisdictions. The consultant will recommend updates, collect development and engineering comments on the alternatives, update the plan into workable formats and present the final alternative to the jurisdictions. The consultant should provide a decision matrix that shows a logical progression as to how the rewrite will be evaluated, changes discarded, updates and progress through a final format. Bonds required.
