The City of Fruita (the “City”) is requesting proposals from all interested, qualified companies or firms to submit proposals to develop and conduct a citizen opinion survey. The selected Offeror shall assist a committee representing the City to determine the most cost effective, reasonable, and productive survey methodology to employ.Once the desired methodology has been determined, it is expected that the selected Offeror will assist and guide the City in developing objective questions designed to gauge the community about issues such as: community values, population size, health care, substance abuse, growth impacts, public services, land use policies, needs for recreation amenities (both indoor and outdoor), and other timely issues of interest to the City. Bonds required.
