The Board of County Commissioners intends to contract with a vendor/operator for a three (3) year period with annual renewal to harvest grass hay on county property known as the Deer Creek Meadow. It is estimated that approximately 15-30 tons of hay will be harvested. All bids will be based on a price per ton for all hay harvested and should reflect a fair market value at the time the hay is harvested.
