Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified contractors to provide demolition and installation of a bathhouse in Park County, Colorado. The bathhouse foundation and walls will all stay the same, with the inside being fully renovated. This will require electrical, plumbing, and demolition work. Bonds required.
