Learning by Doing(LBD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to complete Part 2 of Phase 2 of the GC SMP update. The selected consultant must work closely with LBD’s technical consultants, which have yet to be identified, for Part 1 and Part 3 of Phase 2. Additionally, some collaboration will be required with LBD’s professional facilitator, Peak Facilitation Group (Peak). Peak facilitates the stakeholder outreach program created in Phase 1 and will continue to participate in and provide input on the GC SMP update in Phase 2.
