The Town of Erie is seeking proposals from qualified design firms to provide space programming and conceptual design services for Erie Parks and Open Space Division facilities. This will include the remodel of an existing approximately 4200 square foot residential property into commercial office space for an estimated 30 employees. An addition to the existing building is anticipated for future staff growth, sizing to be determined as part of the conceptual design process. A new approximately five thousand square foot detached climate-controlled service garage is needed to service vehicles and equipment. The completed conceptual design should include a conceptual site plan to determine the best locations for the service garage, building addition, access drive and parking lots to serve both staff and equipment parking. This site plan should also consider additional needs of the Parks and Open Space department including a tree farm and horticulture areas, bulk materials staging, and yard storage.
