This Bid Specification was prepared to solicit sealed bids from qualified responsible contractors to provide emergency and non-emergency drain & various pump maintenance & repair services (as needed) at various City of Stamford facilities. The contractor shall provide labor, material, tools and equipment to perform miscellaneous drain & pump maintenance, and repair work for any City building, and other work as required, on an emergency and non-emergency basis, and as directed by the Director of Operations of the City of Stamford, or designee. The contractor shall have sufficient manpower, equipment, tools and experience to respond to and handle any drain, grease traps, pump and other incidental work as well as applicable experience in the commercial and industrial field. The contractor shall also supply all specialty equipment necessary to complete work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
