The Town of Trumbull, CT solicits sealed proposals & qualifications from interested parties to provide project manamement services as a Construction Manager at Risk ( hereinafter referred CMAR) based on the requirements of the attached RFP/Q. The Project will replace the existing Hillcrest Middle School at its current site located at 530 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull CT 06611. The intent is to award the project to one Construction manager to provide Pre-design and procurement and construction phase services. The Town will utilize Construction Manager at Risk (as constructor) method for pre-construction and construction services. The following anticipated milestone dates are to be utilized in planning your work: • Pre-Design Phase & Approvals End of Q1 2026 • Procurement and GMP End of Q2 2026 • Construction (New School) & FF&E End of Q4 2027(July 2027) • Construction (Demo and Site Completion) End Q3 2028 • Close-Out End of Q4 2028. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
