The Town of Trumbull on behalf of the Board of Education and its selected Building Committee invites interested parties to submit qualifications to provide Project Management / Owner's Representative Services (OPM) for the planning and construction of the new $142,375,000 (approx.) 145,000 Sq Ft Hillcrest Middle School Project. The OPM will assist the Building Committee and Town during the design, bid, construction and close-out phases of the Project. The OPM will also assist the district in analyzing alternatives and in seeking the best-value options for the Project. This solicitation is both a request for qualifications and a request for proposals (RFP). The services to be performed are described in this document and will be available on the Town of Trumbull, along with any addendums to the RFP.
