The State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation (CTDOT) solicits bids for its 2025 pavement preservation program for ultra-thin bonded PMA on various roadways in the Towns of Windham, Chaplin, Portland & Glastonbury, in Hartford, Windham & Middlesex Counties, CT. This project is located on the following three highways: U.S. Route 6 in the Towns of Windham and Chaplin, Route 17A in the Town of Portland and Route 94 in the Town of Glastonbury. The U.S. Route 6 project limits extend from the junction of Route 66 (Mile Point (M.P.) 93.15) to the existing pavement joint 0.28 mile past the intersection of Route 198 (M.P. 97.18). The Route 17A project limits extend from the intersection of Route 66 (M.P. 0.00) to the intersection of Route 17 (M.P. 3.02). The Route 94 project limits extend from the intersection of Sycamore Street/Route 2 EB exit ramp (M.P. 0.20) to the existing pavement joint 350 feet before the intersection of Route 83 (M.P. 4.07). Required Prequalification Work Classification: Group 5C- Resurfacing and Preservation: Local Roads & Streets and Non-Freeways.
