The State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation (CTDOT) solicits bids for its 2025 pavement preservation program for asphalt rubber chip seal for Districts 1 & 2 in the Towns of Ellington, Stafford, Ashford, Union, Lebanon & Windham, located in New London, Windham and Tolland Counties, CT. This project is located in three separate locations, Route 30 in Stafford and Ellington, Route 89 in Ashford and Union, and Route 289 in Lebanon and Windham. On Route 30 the project extends from mile point 17.82 at Route 140 to mile point 20.94 at Route 190. On Route 89 the project extends from mile point 7.63 at Route 44 to mile point 16.23 at Route 190. On Route 289 the project extends from mile point 0.00 at Route 87 to mile point 5.12 at Route 32. Required Prequalification Work Classification: Group No 5C – Resurfacing and Preservation: Local Roads & Streets and Non-Freeways Projects .
