The project consists of rehabilitation of the Gate House comprising repairs of four isolation gate systems, concrete rehabilitation, and replacement of the floor grating system.The completed Work will provide Owner with the following at the Stony Brook Reservoir Gate House: 1) Three fully functioning knife gates with nut operators, new stem extensions, and guides; 2) One new stainless steel wallmounted rising stem slide gate with new wall mounted operator with pedestal, manual hand crank, clear polycarbonate stem cover, and mylar strip position indicator; 3) A new floor grating system; and, 4) where necessitated and approved, rehabilitation of concrete vertical walls. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
