Electronic proposals will be received by the Town of Ellington, acting through its Finance Officer, for the application of fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides, and lime treatment to the Town and Board of Education turf areas as directed by the Director of Public Works and in accordance to soil sample results. The contractor shall own and operate their own equipment for the application of the recommended fertilizer and lime to the turf areas.
