The purpose of this IFB is to select a service provider (hereinafter “Bidder”), secure firm prices and establish a full service contract for the provision of commercial roofing services (hereinafter “services”) that are common and necessary to the operations and infrastructure of an educational facility. SBAC currently serves a population of approximately 29,000 students, located in forty-four (44) schools and centers.
