The Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), on behalf of the City of Panama City Beach seeks bids from qualified Contractors to perform all operations in connection with improvement to Aaron Bessant Park. These improvements include demolition, earthwork, and improvements including (but not limited to) new pavement, ornamental fencing/gates/pilasters, various furnishings, and landscape vegetation, as well as a new open air steel pavilion structure with an adjacent enclosed utility storage structure containing a ticketing sales area and a large storage bay as indicated in the Project Drawings and Specifications.
