The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified underground utility contractors to provide a secondary water line connection from the Bay County Water Booster Station (WBS) via the existing wholesale water distribution system to the Bay County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) building by adding redundancy. The project consists of approx. 330 LF of 12-inch WM, 160 LF of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). Work shall be completed in accordance with Exhibit 2 Scope of Work and Exhibit 3 DRMP Plans.
