The scope of work for this solicitation is limited to the North Outparcel component of the project, further described as follows: A. Project Component A is related to reconstruction of an Outparcel on the project site and replacement of a Pylon Sign. Activities for Component A will include: • Reconstruction +/- 5,000 sf of outparcel building into 3 suites of approximately 1,666 sf each with drive-thru located on the south side of the building. • Reconstruction of the existing pylon sign Bonds required.
