The project consists of exterior wall renovations to Fire Station 1 located at 600 East Business Highway 98, Panama City, Florida 32401 including removal of existing EIFS and curved elements from the exterior walls, squaring off those previous curved elements, and installation of new sheathing, vapor barrier and fiber-cement siding. In the event of damaged or missing wall insulation, new insulation is to be added. At locations where corroded exterior metal wall studs are found, those are to be removed and replaced. Bonds required.
