The City of Panama City Beach (the "City"), under the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act), hereby gives notice that it seeks qualification statements for professional services related to construction engineering and inspection of North Richard Jackson Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project, Phase 2. This Project will generally include intersection improvements by constructing a roundabout, creating a north bound left turn lane into Home Depot’s middle driveway, and eliminating cross movements at Market Street by extending the southbound left turn lanes leading to the intersection with Panama City Beach Parkway. As identified in the City’s Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been prequalified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
