The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform all installation, maintenance, removal, and area cleanup related to sedimentation control work as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein or as required to prevent the transport of silt or sediment outside the limits of construction. The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, installation of temporary access ways and staging areas, silt fences, temporary seeding, turbidity barriers, sediment removal and disposal, device maintenance, removal of temporary devices, temporary mulching, and final cleanup. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
