Drain, clean, and sanitize all tanks 2. Provide and replace absolute filter, skimmer filter, and backwash filters 3. Clean all strainers, grease pumps, and bearings 4. Adjust the conveyor tension 5. Conduct an operational test to ensure the system is functioning correctly The contractor shall provide all required labor, equipment, parts, materials, and consumables required to perform all manufacturer’s recommended maintenance tasks.
