The Melbourne Airport Authority (MAA) is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Services. The services to be performed are described in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) (Attachment A : Scope of Work) and in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and recommendations. Services will be performed at various MAA sites. To assist in determining the OEM specifications and recommendations for the HVAC equipment subject to this RFP, the Inventory of HVAC Equipment is attached with a listing of each item’s location (Attachment B: Equipment Inventory List). The initial (base) term of this contract will be for two (2) years, with three (3) additional one (1) year options that the Authority may exercise at its sole discretion. MAA anticipates an October 1, 2024 start date for this service.
