The purpose of this bid is to establish a standard hourly rate for non-emergency and emergency guardrail, guiderail, handrail, and ingress & egress gate services on an as-needed basis. The work shall include but is not limited to the following: removal of damaged guardrail, guiderail, and handrail; installation of new guardrail, guiderail, and handrail; repair of ingress and egress gates; removal and install of new ingress and egress gates; and any other repairs deemed necessary by County personnel.
