The project encompasses all work necessary to complete the installation of streetscape improvements on NE 35th Street and NE 36th Street between Dixie Highway and NE 11th Avenue. Work includes the milling and resurfacing of the existing asphalt surface, the raising of brick pavers in common areas and islands, the installation of planter boxes, bike racks and sidewalks. Work also includes the installation of drainage inlets and associated piping at low points, curbing, stamped asphalt crosswalks, irrigation, striping and wheels stops. All areas affected by construction shall be restored to original or better condition.
