The City of North Lauderdale seeks a Contractor to construct and install an estate-style fence at the front entrance of Hamptons Pines Park. Bidder shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and passing all inspections related to this project, and this shall be a turn-key project. The fence will serve to enhance security, privacy, and aesthetics for the property. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Specifications located within the solicitation. Bidders should refer to Construction Documents/Drawings (Exhibit A) for detailed and complete work information. The scope of work described herein is intended to be for general information to the building department and contractor. The entire scope of work is described in the full set of construction documents, including all drawings and specifications within the drawing. The project involves the installation of safety fencing, control barriers, and associated tasks at the designated site. The scope of work includes locating underground utilities, removal of shrubs and small planters, dismantling of existing main PVC fence, construction of masonry piers with stucco finish, supply and installation of anodized aluminum fencing, gates, site cleanup, fine grading, sod installation, and miscellaneous items for project closeout.
