Quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced companies to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, worksite safety measures, and all other incidentals necessary to furnish and install electronic sign at Regional Park. Scope of work includes removal of old sign, delivery of sign, site preparation, installation, software configuration, and training. The work shall be performed in accordance with the documents attached herein: a) scope of work; b) sketch of new sign (Exhibit A); and c) Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit B).
