TOWN is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek professional services from qualified contractors for Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services. It is the intent of this solicitation to enter into a pre-event contract, which would result in no immediate cost to TOWN. This solicitation by TOWN will result in the selection of two (2) experienced firms, one Primary and one Secondary, to remove and lawfully dispose of disaster-generated debris (other than household and recyclable garbage) from public property and public rights-of-ways, and to setup and operate Temporary Debris Staging and Reduction Sites (TDSRS) in TOWN, immediately after a disaster.
