The City of North Lauderdale (“City”) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Professional Florida registered firms for the following disciplines: 1. Architectural Services 2. Land Architectural and Development 3. Traffic Engineering 4. Environmental Study and Engineering 5. Construction Testing and Inspections 6. General Civil Engineering 7. Land Surveying, GIS Mapping, and Database Management 8. Landscaping Architect 9. Facility Management 10. Water/Wastewater and Stormwater Utility Planning, Engineering, and Management 11. Construction Management And Inspection (CEI) 12. Financial Planning and Enterprise Funds Rate Study 13. General Planning Selected Consultants shall be expected to provide the City continuing professional services on an as-needed basis under a non-exclusive agreement in accordance with Florida’s “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act” (CCNA), Florida Statutes Section 287.055. Contracts resulting from this RFQ shall be procured in accordance with Florida statute and CCNA guidelines.
