This project will consist of a new facility to house the Calhoun County Administrative and Extension Service Offices on a site located adjacent to the existing Calhoun County Courthouse in Blountstown Florida. The new facility has 6,735 square feet of heated and cooled space, and construction of masonry exterior walls, concrete slab-on-grade and wood roof structure with standing seam roofing. The design includes building spaces – county board chambers/large meeting room, two additional conference rooms, twelve offices, copy rooms, storage and restrooms.
