Phase II – Downtown Historic Courthouse: demolition with landscape and sod removal; tree pruning; install new landscaping and irrigation; install new hardscape including concrete pads for benches and trash receptacles; furnish and install new benches, trash receptacles and visual screen enclosures for air conditioning units.
