The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting bids from licensed General Contractors for the Fire Station 14 Kitchen Remodel project located at 4003 Everett Ave, Middleburg, Florida. This project includes the removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and finishes, as well as modifications to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate the new design. All work must be completed in compliance with applicable Florida Building Codes, the project specifications, and plans attached to this RFB. The Fire Station will remain operational during the construction period of the Project. Bonds required.
