1. Obtain all required permits to construct the wells and to provide temporary facilities during construction. No drilling shall occur prior to receiving these permits. 2. Establish vertical and horizontal control and coordinate construction activities with the engineer and owner and any other contractor working on the project sites. 3. Prepare site for drill rig and facility setup in accordance with Section 311000 “Site Clearing”. 4. Stabilize work area and access road with aggregate fill in accordance with Section 333113.13 “Well Mobilization and Cleanup”. 5. Mobilize onsite and set up temporary facilities in accordance with Section 015000 “Temporary Facilities and Controls”, with all utilities functioning. Bonds required.
