The City of Marco Island seeks qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of Phase I of the Marco Island Racquetball Center redevelopment. The existing facility includes nine (9) pickleball, six (6) tennis courts, and two (2) buildings. Phase I of this project will remove one (1) pickleball court, two (2) tennis courts, and the existing racquetball building. The redevelopment will include building eight (7) new pickleball courts with fencing, acoustic baffling, shielded lighting, landscaping, additional parking, and other site amenities. The contractor shall have at least five years of experience in similar projects. Please see plans and specifications for full scope of work.
