The work includes a new 55,927 SF Readiness Center, 4171 SF Detached General Purpose Training Bay. Civil work includes land development for military and privately owned vehicle parking, a helipad, access roads, sidewalks, security fencing, paving for operations, an exterior loading ramp, and utilities to new structures. The project will be bid with a base project 45,385 SF two story readiness center, plus twenty-four alternate bid items (ABI), and two additional phases as illustrated in the plans. Bonds required.
