The Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing landscape maintenance to sustain the quality of plant materials while ensuring roadways are well-maintained. To keep landscapes and turf healthy, the Contractor(s) shall refer to Florida Friendly Best Management Practices for the Protection of Water Resources by Green Industries. Landscape maintenance services may include, but are not limited to, Median Mowing and Edging, Street Cleaning, Weeding, General Site Trimming, and Debris Removal. County staff may request additional services such as plant replacements, emergency services, ornamental and turf spraying, tree and palm maintenance, and traffic accident cleanup. Work Areas: There are 5 landscape maintenance work areas. Interested Contractors may choose the work area(s) to bid and only submit those work area bid schedule(s) with their bid submission.
