The intent of this solicitation is to qualify multiple contractors to complete various repairs and renovations of waste water pump stations, and any other utilities impacted by the work. Projects may range from simple mechanical or electrical repairs to complete replacement of the station. Renovation of wet wells at the stations will be typically surface preparation and relining with an approved material. However, there may be exceptions when complete wet well replacement would be part of the scope. When necessary, the Contractor may retain specialized subcontractors to perform portions of the work.
