The original Collier County Jail (J1) was constructed at the Main Campus Government Center in 1985. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office Jail Administration building (J2,) was added to Building J1 in 2000. A separate Fire Alarm replacement project uncovered existing egress concerns with the Greater Naples Fire District. In coordination with the GNFD it was determined that the addition of fire rated doors and partitions along with additional signage would satisfy their concerns. An Additional site visit has been scheduled for Monday March 3rd, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 12PM EST at the following location: Buildings J1 / J2 3319 East Tamiami Trail Naples, Florida 34112 Bonds required.
