The City is seeking multiple professional engineering and architectural firms to assist the City departments with various projects within the following Technical Areas: • Roadway Design • Traffic and Intersection Engineering • Structural Engineering, including Bridges • Environmental Support Services • Shared Use Pathways/Bike Facility Engineering • Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI), Project Management, and Value Engineering • Landscape Architecture/Irrigation Design • Stormwater Study, Planning and/or Design • Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering • Geotechnical & Forensic Engineering and Materials Testing • Architectural Study, Planning and/or Design • Urban Planning and Design • General Civil Engineering Services • Permitting Related Services Firms possessing the required experience may submit a statement of qualifications for one, all or any of the Technical Areas. Work awarded under this contract will be for projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project does not exceed $7.5 million or for study activity where the fee for each individual study does not exceed $500,000. All work will be performed in accordance with industry standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
