The Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT” or “Owner”) is soliciting qualified bidders to replace roofs on buildings in the Madison Eastbound Rest Area Facility. Contractor shall provide sufficient work force, equipment, materials, oversight, permitting, safety, cleanup, disposal of wastes, and all incidentals necessary to evaluate and repair or replace existing roofs as depicted and specified in this Scope, plans, contract documents, and technical special provisions (“Project”). All work will match existing roofing materials/type and all replacement roofs will be as specified in this Scope. All work shall be in accordance with the current Florida Building Code and all applicable laws, rules, and codes.
