The City of Jacksonville Beach, invites the submission of Proposals from qualified firms to provide Oceanfront Cleaning Continuous Services for 60 Months. The resulting unit price contract for continuous services for a period of five (5) years, with an option to renew for five (5) additional one-year extensions, for a maximum of ten (10) years, if mutually agreeable by both parties and under the same terms and conditions as the original Agreement, including any Amendments and Revisions thereto, unless otherwise modified by mutual agreement of City of Jacksonville Beach and Contractor.
