Lakeland Area Mass Transit District (“LAMTD”) is seeking Proposals from qualified Design Firms (“Contractor”) to perform Project Development & Engineering (PD&E) plus 30% Design services for the east side fleet maintenance facility and parking lot. The scope of the Project requires the successful Contractor to identify, propose, design up to 30% and plan all related materials, labor, and services, including coordination with LAMTD, its consultants, contractors, and all agencies having jurisdiction over the Project, to deliver all work necessary for the successful, cost‐effective, reliable project. DBE Goal: 10% Bonds required.
