The Selected Bidder shall furnish, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for a functional and complete system ready for intended use. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, all the items described in the Contract Documents, and generally described as the following: Provide all required bonds; insurance; mobilization; preconstruction site photographs and videos; temporary facilities; site clean-up; removal and disposal of all associated construction debris; asbuilt surveys; installation of lightning protection; and demobilization required to accomplish the removal and replacement the roof for the CONB Public Works.
