Escambia County is seeking qualified contractors for the construction of water quality and park amenities improvements in the Carpenter Creek Headwaters area. The Carpenter Creek Headwater Project is located along Olive Road in Pensacola, Florida and includes managing water quantity, improve water quality, improving wetland habitat and species while allowing public access and creating new recreational opportunities in the Olive Road / Carpenter Creek Headwaters areas. This is a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) funded grant project consisting of 2 different grants sponsored by Escambia County and managed by Escambia County Natural Resources Management Department. FDEP Grant DH006 provides funding for the design and construction of water quality improvements, while FDEP Grant DH012 provides funding for the park amenities. Bonds required.
