Utility relocations for ECUA (Sewer) and Cottage Hill (Water) will be included and coordination with Okaloosa Gas to avoid impact to their facilities. This project is designed for the road to not overtop and the flow be contained within the upstream and downstream ditches during the 100-year storm event Bonds required.
