The existing two-wall system made from timber is well past its life expectancy and has begun failing. Old timbers will need to be broken down as much as possible. The broken-down timbers can then be hauled off to our Class 1 area of the landfill and disposed of. Contractor is responsible for debris transportation. There is a fire hydrant and high-pressure water line within the construction area of the retaining wall that will need to be spotted for damage prevention. Bonds required.
