This project shall correct an erosion problem caused by a failed concrete storm pipe located inside of Baywoods Gulley. Currently, water does not flow through the pipes and westmost inlet box as designed. Bizarrely, there is a wide crack that runs the length of the pipe into the ditch bottom inlet, compromising the pipe, and potentially creating an unstable void under the pipe. The growth of this void may exacerbate the slope erosion by sucking sand into the pipe and depositing it downstream. Bonds required.
