It is the intent of the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority to secure contracted coating applicator services for the removal of an existing failed coating and the application of a new approved coating system on the Pensacola Beach Wastewater Reclamation Facility Holding Tank Interior/Exterior. The interior of the Influent Holding Tank consists of its walls. The exterior consists of the tank walls and wind girder. The diameter of the tank is 110’ and the height of its walls is 34’. The scope of this project includes all of the surface area contained within the interior and exterior of the tank. Bonds required.
